Game crashing and I probably won't get my aatrox skin because of it

I've been crashing every game now today. I need my arcade points to get my prestige points to get the Blood Moon Aatrox prestige skin, I am 350 points shy from getting the 2200 required for the 100 tokens and I'm afraid I won't be able to get it before the event ends, I know that the crashing issue is effecting a lot of people right now, and I will be very upset if I lose my $20 towards the pass, and all my hard work gone because of something that's not even my fault.
