skin not unlocked

i opened a chest and it said i unlocked project yi. i was really excited, and went to look. It still said i had to pay, so i went to make sure it wasn't a shard (even though it said permanent unlock). There was no sign of it in my chest inventory either. i dont understand and am rather sad, i love project yi :(
