where are my chests riot?

i played two games in a row, and i got an s on both, and both champs that i played are listed under the category of which i haven't earned a chest on yet, and it even says i have 1 chest available, and i still haven't gotten a chest, come on rito. [sg-shisa]

edit: i figured out the problem. turns out you can't get chests when you're honor 1 and have rewards locked.
