Cannot Join Chat

this started happening about 3 or 4 days ago, i couldn't then join the champion select chat but it was alright back then, now i cannot join any chat but the messaging chats like when you press "send message", i cant join the clubs, the stats screen, the premade chat, and of course the champion select chat, i waited until now which is morning to see if it will work after i open the game again but it didn't, any of you guys have any idea on what this bug is and how to fix it? thanks in advance
