not getting my keys

so today i got 3 key fragments, in the stats screen is said "you have earned a key fragment", so i go to the hextech crafting, and my keys havent changed, 3 times today, got 3 keys, still onkly 2 in hextech crafting... pls help i have 5 chests :/
