Why did i receive 10lp in provisional? HELP

I dodged a game because my screen was on home screen but i could hear it in champion select. I didnt know what to do so I thought exiting the game and coming back would help. In the end i got dodge timer and now I have 10LP after winning... seriously I don't think its my laptop cuz i hav a intel i7 and gtx 1060. So i don't think it was my laptop at all. During the frozen screen i still could click on the home menu but I couldn't see champion select. I was hoping it wouldn't cause an issue more my next rank game. PLS HELP
