League EULA Problem Patch 5.13

After my game was updated to patch 5.13 I clicked launch and shortly after there was the accept and decline option, I clicked accept and nothing happened. I tried again and still nothing. Does anyone have experience the same type of issue or have any advice on how to fix it? Thanks :)

i had to force close the program and relaunch
