Since preseason the game has felt super sluggish and unplayable

I linked a video showing what I've been going through, although the walking issue doesn't seem to be as prevalent as it is in normal games. I wrote pretty much everything in the description of the video and I've tried many things to fix it and im 100% out of ideas. Does anyone know why this bug is happening, or how to fix it? Am i the only one? why is ornn's ult that way too?

Contact the support, but the problem is probably from you. It seems quite unplayable and i had an ornn in my team today, he didn't have any problem. If you can, try to connect and play on another PC to see if the problem is still there. If not, then it comes from your PC.
