Champion Scam!

I bought(with ip) Wukong today, and started team builder with him as I selected him and pressed, find Group It says, "INVALID_CHAMP....." and doesn't let me pick him, because he doesn't show up, I tried multiple times to sign in and out and he appears again and every time I try to find a group with him it repeats. In my champs I see him, but in games I cant pick him. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!
