Randomly Taking Damage and Dying to it.

So, today I was playing a normals with my friends. where i was jg tf, and during a skirmish between me and a enemy Shyvanna, I randomly took 300-400 damage killing me and showing that I(Tf) killed myself(Tf has slain Tf).
