[Bug] Kassadin's W cooldown is still at 9 seconds after patch instead of 7

I've just finished playing a game as Kassadin and my W was 8.55 seconds at level 1. I have 5% CDR from masteries so I'm assuming that they also messed up the extra ability power too. Am I the only one noticing this? I haven't seen it reported elsewhere.

"W - Nether Blade COOLDOWN 9 seconds ⇒ 7 seconds RATIO 0.6 ability power ⇒ 0.7 ability power"
