I just played a Nasus ranked game, got an s-. I haven't played Nasus in like a year, so I know for a fact that I wouldnt have gotten an s chest from him this turn. Also, when I go to my profile, it says that I still have unclaimed chests. Ples fix rito
if you did not get a chest it was either A. you have gotten a chest with him(would have a fancy chest looking border in the collection tab){i know you said you didnt play him for a year but still} B. you have no chests left for the week{i know you say you do have chests left} C. unsupported game mode, Custom, Co-op vs ai{you actully cant get a grade for this}(and i know you said you were ranked) Those are the only reasons why you can not get a chest
