Champions resetted???

I logged in at 11:00 and when i clicked on the lobby creator i saw there was a lock on ranked? so i moved my mouse and it said:' Sorry you don't own 16 champions!' i was like ????? and i tried to visit my summoners profile. i could not click on it. But i can still click on the store, if i click on it i can still see my purchases and i definitly have more then 16 pls help me? my username is emilethelegend

I restarted the client and the problem seems to be gone, thanks for reading.
