MY HEXTECH KEY GLITCHED AWAY

so i played a game and i got my 3th key fragment i forced immidiatly after the game to a key and instantly pushed on open the hextech chest, but nothing happened, my screen froze and than i tried to push on the shop, it worked and when i went back to the loot i didn't got anything and i havex no key or fragments anymore....; please give me my key and chest back?

Did you check your icons? You might have gotten an icon out of the box since those just give you instead of having to unlock them.
