[CLIENT] UI button for skill level-up sometimes does not disappear

This occurred at the very start of the match. After leveling up my Q, the level-up indicator/button for W did not disappear.

Once I hit level 2 I put a point into my E. Then the same thing occurred (W level-up button was still stuck).

Finally, after reaching level 3 and putting one point into W, the button disappeared as expected.
