[CLIENT] Heading Done is incorrect in post-game stats for Volibear

The post-game stats seem to be incorrect for Volibear. I had my passive activated multiple times during a match. I was also running multiple life regen items (including warmogs) and yet at the end of the match my total healing was only 847; the lowest of any player in the game.
Now to perform a quick calculation,: if I have 3000 health and my passive heals for 30% then one single activation would heal for 900 health. Clearly something is wrong.
I have a feeling this bug is not new. I'm pretty sure I've noticed abnormally low Healing Done values for Volibear in the past.
