Whats up with Riot servers tonight?

Last 2 games ive been in I've been hit by insane FPS drops and lag spikes and dc's. 99% of the time I never ever have an issue, teammmates are having the same problems. But I just got kicked from a game and cant get back in but its saying that its still going - wtf rito?
