First Win is stuck on a 7h countdown

When I get first win the timer resets on a 7h countdown and I get around 70 IP which is not the amount for FW. It's going like this the last 24h. No matter what I play normal, aram, mod... I thought it was nice getting FW every 7h but then i realised i get the normal amount on IP.

Rito what is this????????
