Skip for waiting stats stuck

After I enabled "low spec mode" and "close client during game" the SKIP FOR WAITING STATS screen wont go away most of the time, not even in 5 minutes. I have a good pc it loads pretty fast and i had stable 50 fps. Then i turned these 2 modes in client settings and now i got 60-65 fps but the SKIP screen wont go away.
