Client keeps booting me out of queue/champ select and saying I declined/dodged

Sometimes I click Accept and wait a while. After more waiting, it eventually says that I declined and removes me from the queue. This happens frequently.

Sometimes I'm in champ select and suddenly I find myself no longer in champ select and it says I dodged, but still allows me to queue again immediately.

I can live with the client's horrible performance and its general lack of features, but it has one job and that job is to get people into matches.
