Random Fountain Ability Bug

It's a very random bug.. but occasionally when you go to fountain you won't be able to use a spell until you leave a certain range... It happened with my teleport and I lost top turret. I wish I had some better evidence, but if this is something anyone else has noticed, or if it's already known about then hopefully it'll be resolved.
