Nidalee Bug

Found a bug with Nidalee. Every time Nidalee throws a spear to a monster, they will get stunned. Well, it's not really a stun but they stop moving. For example, when I throw Q to the rift scuttler, they just stay still (This works to all monsters, not only the scuttler). I'm not sure if this is a bug or riot made Nidalee like this
