I think I found a bug with 
Nidalee. Every time Nidalee throws a spear to a monster, they will get stunned. Well, it's not really a stun but they stop moving. For example, when I throw Q to the rift scuttler, they just stay still (This works to all monsters, not only the scuttler). I'm not sure if this is a bug or riot made Nidalee like this
This is intentional. It was a buff Riot gave to jungle Nidalee a fairly large amount of patches ago.
this is intentional i thought it was a big at first when it released like 3 months ago... your a bit late to the party. honestly i wish the never made her jungle. not becuase she is op in the jungle but becuase her laning was needlessly nerfed after she was actually halfway decent in the jungle
