Club Member Removal

after attempting to remove a toxic summoner from a club, the individual remains in club chat and retains club tag. further attempts result in 'cannot remove player as they are not part of the club' message, yet individual still remains, fouling up the clubs chat. anybody know a workaround or is this function not available?
