Victor in ARAM

I was playing an Aram today and noticed there was some sort of dashed axis connected from Victor's character to the top left corner of the screen. Also, whenever he goes out of vision and back in, his health bar drops dramatically as if he was bursted down, but underneath that was his regular health.
