[CLIENT] League Keyfragments not rewarded.

I can't give sufficient evidence but I had just come out of a game of Quinn and I was rewarded 4 keyfragments. I clicked out of the achievement and my loot was disabled. I was talking to a friend (Powerarm kiah is his name in league) and his loot was disabled as well.

1. Get rewarded keyfragments
2. Temporarily disable Loot
3. Wait for it to come back up and check if keyfragments are rewarded.
