[GAMEPLAY]Twitch - Stealth Not Properly Stealthing And Taking Addition Time To Process

At certain points in the game when you try to stealth as Twitch, the animation will go through but you will still be trying to activate the stealth which takes an addition 1.5 seconds. This makes it rather annoying to make escapes because you have to wait 3 seconds instead of 1.5 seconds at times. This doesn't occur all the time but I know it is not the cause from minion damage, champion damage, or Damage over Time effects.
