[CLIENT] Can only load match history

After the new update, I can launch the client just fine. However, I get a relatively blank screen. The top bar is there to select all the different tabs, but all of them are empty except for the match history tab. My friends list is empty, and the play button doesn't work. Seems like many, many people are running into this issue.
