Skirmisher's Smite Upgrade Kills Tryndamere During His Ult

I wasn't streaming but essentially I was in a ranked 3s game where every time I ulted as Tryndamere, the opposing Warwick would smite me and automatically kill me during my ult. Essentially my ult was completely countered and rendered useless because of smite. This happened about 4 times during that game, so it wasn't a crazy thing that happened, it was a legit bug. Also, I do know that I ulted for sure because it went on cooldown and one of the times I was alive with ult for a second and then the smite killed me. So for any haters doubting that my ult was ever up, go away. Riot please look into this. I'm not sure if it also effects Summoner's Rift but it definitely worked on Twisted Treeline.
