Hail of Arrows invisible

In a ranked game vs Varus the animation would show, but the ground would not change to show where the arrows landed. If you walked into the zone you were still slowed. I have not found a way to replicate yet and I've seen threads from the past of his E being invisible on the ground. This is on patch 6.8.

Red team: Zilean Xin Zhao Lissandra Varus Sona

Blue team: Nasus Fiddlesticks Kayle Caitlyn Braum

I will update this thread with images and replication rate/consistency if I am able to trigger the bug again.
