[CLIENT] Team Builder Que Dysfunction

I tried to duo Team-Builder with one of my fellow summoners earlier today. We recruited three other players, but were unable to enter que as my ready button never appeared.

I only encountered this once, but as for the steps we took to produce this bug...

1) Paoanii was Captain, and invited me to the Team Builder lobby. 2) We were the only two summoners in the lobby before we started searching for players. Braum was picked first, and I rotated through a few Junglers before settling on Evelynn. 3) We searched for three other players to fill out our team. 4) Aforementioned players flagged themselves as ready. I was unable to do so, as I had no ready button to click (see attached image). 5) I restarted my client to banish this bug. I haven't seen it since.
