First Thread Post and Having Technical Issues In Game

When I record a game of League with X-Split Broadcaster, the game recording is a black screen. I looked at many videos to fix it and nothing worked. Can any other players or staff members help me out to fix this bug or whatever it is?

Why not just download the replay/use the recording feature that Riot recently implemented to the client?
