Champion Lock In Bug

I've had this 2 games in a row now and I'm currently at a 30 minute wait time and lost a few LP for this. Basically I will select a champion and click lock in, but it doesn't actually lock in. I click it at least 15-20 times until the timer reaches 0 then it kicks me out of the game. WTF?!

Has anyone else had this issue?
