New Champ select switching selected runes/masteries when entering a game

Playing mid lane, have a thunderlord's AP mid page set up and selected, and when I get in the game "Strength of the Ages" is my keystone mastery. This cost me a lot of lost trades and a few kills because I was counting on that little burst to be there and it wasn't.

League is unplayable for me at this moment as having runes/masteries being swapped on you because of a buggy release of the new champion select is unacceptable.
