Janna Randomly Giving Crit Animation

Not sure what's causing it, but if you buy a frost queens or frost fang, Janna will randomly show a crit animation when attacking minions, structures or champions. At first I thought it was the haste causing it to proc, but that doesn't seem to be the case upon a second trial.
