Game didn't launch, client working normally?

I just joined an ARAM quene with my friends, champion select went as normal but the match failed to launch on my computer, and the client just has "Skip waiting for stats" on the screen, upon clicking it the client appears completely normal despite the fact that I'm AFK in an ARAM match, and attempting to join a quene doesn't work obviously but I'm just locked out from doing anything.

I attempted to restart the client multiple times and nothing seems to fix it, just kinda chilling here not able to join the game or start a new one. Lol.
