Blitz gets randomly slowed for no good reason at all, can be seperate from all champs and all minions and all everything... about every 10s though he gets slowed.

Also, I forgot to mention.

His abilities seemed to be lagging. Had no abnormal ping or anything... it's just his ability would be off CD and I'd go to use it and it wouldn't go, so would have to hit it again.

Was a weird buggy match. The slows were awkward though, literally got slowed every 10ish seconds for the entire match. The opponent even commented on the fact that he saw it happening.

I 1v1'd a Lee, not sure if it had something to do with him or not...
