TT Base wall jump [GAMEPLAY]

In twisted tree line certain champions can jump the base wall (yes, the barrier that is larger than any other barrier in LoL, that I can think of). On the list is Kassadin, Zac, and Reksai (maybe not a complete list). Seriously, that's wayy longer than a Reksai tunnel, that's easy to tell with just the eye, and if Kassadin can jump that far, he'd be a double flash away every time he used his void walker thingy-dingy. Something must be wrong with how that wall is registering it's own distance compared to champions abilities.

The way I've seen people do it (super frustrating and much hacks) is they stand in the far cove behind the nexus, and they can jump to the jungle, or vice versa, it works both ways. It is obviously not intended to be available... since that wall is, for serious, the largest barrier in any game mode i can think of.
