[GAMEPLAY] Visual bug - Reksai's tunnels flash

Reksai's tunnels still pulse (like a mini disco party) regardless of which team the Reksai is on. Not every tunnel does this and not both mouth of the tunnel always do this, but every game that has a Reksai in it since a couple months ago has had this bug. It's very distracting, please fix.
