[SOUNDS] Nexus turret laser sounds never end

Once the nexus turrets (of either side) start lasering something, they will continue to make the sound thereafter regardless of whether or not they are actually currently lasering anything. The sound can only be heard when your screen is over the turret and is not dependent on where your champion is.
