Random Firewalls and lots of packet loss, it would be resolved if more servers existed.

So I know this has been an ongoing problem, but this is the first time it has been affecting me. Since patch 5.0 every so often I won't be able to connect to a single game, and then game before and the game after will be able to be connected to just fine. I'm using a mac client OS X 10.10.1 with no firewall up and anti virus or other security measures, I've determined at this point that this is a server wide problem on your end, please fix what I pay money for. I know I'm probably close to the top 10% of players who have spent money on this game, there's no excuse for not being able to play it because of issues on your end. Put less in E-Sports that very few people actually watch and more into developing a solid client AND SERVERS that don't break every other patch.
