Why does Rumble's ult affect twice the indicated area?

it's bigger than it seems mainly because the rockets are giving off "heat"

it's like with lux ultimate you can dodge it sometimes visually by moving slightly

and how sometimes oriannas ult misses you but visually hits (Or doesnt visually hits but gets you anyways)

It's an inconsistently found in a lot of champions that riot needs to work on, we call it clarity in the forums.

it sucks but a lot of champions lack clarity
