Kled does not regain rage when hitting epic monsters

I love to play kled as a jungle moster, but when i lose scar during a fight, and go back to the jungles, i can't gain rage by hiting epic monsters, or using Q or W or A on them. So i can't get scar pack unless i go to lanes to hit minions or go home, but ACCORDING to the description of the passive , we should be able to gain rage when hitting epic monsters. Please fix it!!! A big disadvantage for Kled, and a jungle with high potentials.
