[Client] Reconnect Buttons

They dont show up and auto reconnects fail alot. But im still able to play and see picks happening in ranked lobbys. This needs to be fixed. Why is there a 3 party hosting the chat? Why doesnt the game support its own chat while your connected to these people in lobby?
