[CLIENT] Can't play Bard

When I tried to play Bard on Team Builder under an hour ago I found he wasn't available. There was no message saying that Bard was disabled so I double checked that it registered that I had Bard in my profile. As you can see he appeared. I went into a custom to see if it was just Team builder. No dice. Can you tell me what's going on or how to fix it?
