[CLIENT] Can't play Bard

When I tried to play Bard on Team Builder under an hour ago I found he wasn't available. There was no message saying that Bard was disabled so I double checked that it registered that I had Bard in my profile. As you can see he appeared. I went into a custom to see if it was just Team builder. No dice. Can you tell me what's going on or how to fix it?

For whatever reason, he's temporarily disabled. I'm sure Rito has a perfectly good explanation for this. Maybe he countered someone in the LCS pretty hard.
