[CLIENT] Client says I have more IP than I really do

The client is displaying that I have 5156 IP, yet I can't buy a 4800 champ. This is happening after a game with at least 350 extra ip. It gets reset when you relaunch the client. https://gyazo.com/122075b7a0df85df811517836dc50660
