[Crash] Black screen / bugsplat in game

My screen often shut down in game and I have to reboot. Sometimes it turns into a bugsplat and I can reconnect but it can happen several times in the same game. The support does not answer me anymore for a week... Sometimes It works for 3-4 games, and suddenly black screen/reboot happens. HELP Please!!

My drivers are up to date, my firewall is off,my games have been reinstalled and I checked the integrity several times.

Any ideas ?
