[Crash] Black screen / bugsplat few seconds after entering the rift !

Randomly I have black screen when I enter a game, few seconds after the actual start of the game , black screen for few seconds followed by a wonderful bugsplat. I can reconnect but this annoying issue can happen several times in a row. It happens mostly at the start but 3-4 minutes after as well. The support told me to shut down my firewall which I did but apparently no changes. Sometimes I can play a game entirely without any trouble but its rare. I got no anti-viruses and no software such as lolreplay.., my drivers are fully updated.

Does anyone have an idea please?

My game does this too sometimes but it only does it when I am doing other stuff while waiting for the game to load.

Example. When the load screen comes up, I press Alt + Tab so that i can go back to my desktop or browser page. Then once i hear the game of our team landing on the fountain, ill close my pages and go back to the game. The screen always starts black for about 6 ot 7 seconds and then the game appears. But i do not experience a bug splat.

Would you happen to be doing the same thing while waiting for your game to load?

EDIT: It never happens to me if I stay on the load screen the entire time the game is loading.
