Viktor Ult bug
I use the creator Viktor skin
sometime when you cast your ult on the enemy champion it either won't follow or it will rapidly move in a random direction for no reason happens about 1 out of 6 of the ults i use

I've noticed this and can vouch for it.
Viktor also occasionally stops attacking - or has his attack animation interrupted - when using his laser. In ADDITION to the laser sometimes outright refusing to cast if you drag it back towards yourself.
He's feeling really buggy right now, and it's super painful. :P
