There is a problem with my highlights

Weird highlight

All my highlights are a weird bundle of colors: https://imgur.com/a/T6At5lG

The thing is, in game it looks fine.

I don't know if it has a really easy fix, but I cant find it.

I don't have a good graphic card, so maybe it has something to do with that.

Can I get some help?

I thought i was the only one! I have a highlight of me getting a triple kill as Elise top to prove it works and i cant brag to anybody with weird colours on the screen [slayer-jinx-unamused]
